How will I receive my products?
You have two options, Pickup and Shipping. With shipping your products will be mailed to you for a flat fee of $10.00. Pickup means you will get a confirmation code and you will be able to pick up your products at one of our upcoming pop up shops.
When and where are the Pop Up Shops?
There's no upcoming pop up shops as of now.
What is Shop Young's Return Policy?
At Shop Young your satisfaction is our priority and we would like the opportunity to make you smile. While we do not offer refunds, we will gladly provide store credit for returned items. The following outlines our return policy:
1. Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase. Please email us as shopyoung@wayclub.org for instructions on how to return your purchase.
2. Products should be in their original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
3. Once your return is approved, you will receive store credit equal to the value of the returned item excluding any shipping costs.
